This is the program I wish I had when I first started lifting. It is carefully designed to ensure you take advantage of something called “Newbie Gains”.
Newbie gains is phenomena where your body adapts to your training very quickly and is able to pack on muscle at an almost unbelievable rate.
Newbie gains do not last forever so if you’ve been following a poorly designed training program or no program at all, you’re making a huge mistake. It’s is absolutely imperative that you take full advantage of newbie gains. In the first year of lifting so much strength and muscle can pack on simply by training correctly.
