I grew up as one of those skinny kids that can eat everything and never gain a pound. Most people would love this but when you’re 17 years old and still 130lbs, there is a problem.

I looked in the mirror and decided it was time for a change. I got a gym membership and never looked back.

I’d always been in sports so weight training came naturally to me. Once I started, I was absolutely hooked. Within my first year, I knew I was going to be lifting weights for the rest of my life.

As I gained muscle my confidence rapidly grew and ultimately, I was happy in my own skin, which is something everyone deserves. Picking up a dumbbell was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Progress doesn’t happen overnight, but with a proper plan and some consistency, changes will be made.
